In a frantic race to an unknown and unattainable destination, the invisible enemy inserts itself into us indiscriminately, immobilizing us like a poison that cannot be stopped. Blind, it strikes to remind us that we are one, in pain, separation, loss and expectation. It is in this particular context that Art, the link of humanity, appears as a window through which light flows, a breath of fresh air, into the tunnel of uncertainty. The work then becomes a message of hope, of freedom for our hearts, bodies and captive spirits.
